Description Clairet

A bright and steady colour, it chames by its 'bouquet'
which intermarries red fruit with a light acidulous taste.
On the paate : it goes smoothly , it is round and well balanced

To consume with white meat or fish , but also with spicy Indian (curry) , or Malaisian cooking. You can enjoy Clairet with pizzas, barbecues, couscous or paella, it also goes very well with a simple ham and butter sandwich.
