Description : Clairet

A bright and steady colour, it charmes by its « bouquet » which
intermarries red fruit with a light acidulous taste.
On the palate : it goes down smoothly, is round and well balanced.


To consume with white meat or fish , but also with spicy Indian (curry) , or Malaisian cooking. You can enjoy Clairet with pizzas, barbecues, couscous or paella, it also goes very well with a simple ham and butter sandwich.
