Note as follows :
1. Cleaning
service is not included in our prices and you are expected to leave
your house in the same condition that you found it. If you don’t
want to clean, a charge of 120 Euros for the "Pigeonnier or the
Magnolia" , and of 70 Euros for "chez les Grands Mères" will be
deduced from your bond.
2. Prices
quoted include the following : Electricity, water, heating, cot
(available on request) and use of the swimming pool , (except for the
low and mid seasons : read contract ).
3. Prices quoted exclude the following : Use of private telephone, fax .
4.
In event of a cancellation, the bond will be returned, but all other
payments will be forfeited unless other tenants are found for the same
period, and the same price.
5. Accommodation is available on a weekly basis only; from Saturday to Saturday.
6.
Guests must arrive after 5.00 P.M. on the Saturday and leave before
10.00 A.M. on the departing Saturday (to allow time for cleaning).
7. No extra guest are allowed to sleep over night, and they are not allowed to use the facilities on the premises.
8. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the gîtes.
9. Pets are not allowed on our property.
10. Only the tribunal of Bordeaux will be competent in the case of litigation
11. For a location of 2 successif weeks, a 10 % discount on the second week will be given.
You use the private pool at your own risk. Children should be supervised at all times, as there is no safety warning systeme.

The bond will be returned at the end of your stay if the house is in

For summer visitors (peak and high seasons), all bed linen, towels, tea
towels, electricity water and house cleaning products are included in
the rental charge.
For those staying in the low and mid seasons, bed linen, towels and tea
towels,heater, electricity and water will be charged at the standard
rate of supply.
Payment accepted by cheque in EUROS, or a bank transfer.
All cheques should be made out to Jean-Louis Rives, Château La Gontrie.
