Description of the holiday house: Le Pigeonnier : 3 bedrooms \u2013 4 to 5 guests\u00a0: <\/u><\/p>\n

This large holiday house facing south has a large terrasse and garden with a view of the forest. Each bedroom has its own en-suite (shower, toilet and washbasin) and the main living area mixes modern furniture with old stone walls (typical of Bordeaux).\u00a0 The Pigeonnier is set up with all modern comforts (Wi-Fi, comfortable sofa and beds, TV, fully equipped kitchen).<\/p>\n

The ground floor has a bright living room with a lounge area with a sofa, armchairs, TV, and on the other side of the room an open kitchen equipped with a fridge, dish washer, washing machine, stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle. The dining table seats people comfortably.<\/p>\n

Two steps down from the living room : the master bedroom<\/strong> has a bed : 1,6m x 2m\u00a0and a en-suite\u00a0: \u00a0shower, wash basin and toilet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On the first floor,<\/strong> is a second master bedroom<\/strong> with a four poster bed\u00a0 : 1,4m x 1,9m\u00a0; \u00a0and a single bedroom : 1m x 2M. Each room has an en-suite :\u00a0 shower, wash basin and toilet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the garden<\/strong> is a BBQ<\/strong> and a garden table and chairs<\/strong> where you can enjoy your meals surrounded by the flowered terrace and overlooking onto the garden.<\/p>\n

The Pigeonnier, has a party wall to another holiday house\u00a0: Chez les Grands-M\u00e8res ( 2 to 4 guests). Both houses have their own private garden<\/strong> separated by a 2m hedge.<\/p>\n

Finally you can enjoy relaxing around our secured *heated swimming pool\u00a0: 12 meters x 6 meters<\/strong> shared between our 4 holiday houses ( time table set up so each family has a private access to the swimming pool : 1 hour in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon).<\/p>\n

Staying on a family owned vineyard you will benefit from a free English language tour vines<\/strong>, the winery and a tasting of our 6 different wines. This visit and wine tasting takes about 1hour and a half.<\/p>\n

Passionate about their region, Jean-Louis, Nola and Andr\u00e9a (their daughter) will be very happy to share their local knowledge and their favourites places<\/strong> with you to help you discover the best of the area.<\/p>\n

This is an ideal destination for a family holiday<\/strong> or to share with some friend in a spacious and self-catered holiday house.<\/strong> The beautiful green surroundings in the middle of the vines<\/strong> will help you to relax and experience life on a family Bordeaux winery.<\/p>\n

In the grounds there is a ping-pong table,<\/strong> a volley ball<\/strong> area and swings for the children<\/strong>. We also provide free bicycles to ride<\/strong> to our local bakery (800meters from the village<\/strong>) for the croissant lovers or to go and get some oysters<\/strong> (from the Bassin d\u2019Arcachon) on Sunday morning in the village.<\/p>\n
