The bond will be returned unde 8 day after your stay if the farmhouse is handed back in the same condition as it was let: clean and undamaged.\u00a0 In event of a cancellation, the bond will be returned, but all other payments will be forfeited unless other tenants are found for the same period at the same price.<\/p>\n<p>by signing this contract you accept to not visit web sites forbidden in France.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">General Conditions<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>1<\/strong>. <strong>End of stay cleaning is included<\/strong> in our prices ( except for the monthly price) and you are expected to leave your cottage clean and neat. If necessary we will charge an extra cleaning fee and it will be deduced from your bond.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An intermediate cleaning is also available if you which it\u00a0 is charge\u00a0: 120\u20ac for Le Pigeonnier, 120\u20ac for Le Magnolia, 80\u20ac for le Relais and 70\u20ac for Chez les Grands-M\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>*Thank you to leave to the property tidy with the furniture in its initial place. This will help to make the inventory\u00a0 and allow you to get your bond back faster. Our cleaning team will also gain a precious time to prepare the property for the following holiday-maker. <\/em><em>Thank you to take out your rubbish bags and put them in the bin\u00a0 provided on the parking. Please take\u00a0 the glass to the bottle bank in the village. Concerning the beds please do not strip them, we will look after the linen.\u00a0 Leave the towels to dry on the hook. <\/em><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>2<\/strong>. <strong>Prices quoted include the following <\/strong>: Electricity, water, (except for the heater see mention* below), WI-FI, cleaning products, bed linen use of the swimming pool. Baby cot, high chair, baby bath (available on request)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* we ensure a temperature between 19 and 20 degrees if you wish to have a higher temperature it is possible but an extra surcharge will apply.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>3<\/strong>. <strong>Prices quoted exclude <\/strong>the following : Use of telephone, washing powder, shampoo and coal for BBQ<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>4<\/strong>. <strong>In event of a cancellation<\/strong>, payments will be forfeited unless other tenants are found for the same period, and at the same price. We do recommend you to take your own insurance for cancellation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>5<\/strong>. <strong>No pets are allowed on our property<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>6<\/strong>. <strong>Guests must arrive after 5.30 P.M<\/strong>. on the Saturday and leave before 9.30 A.M. on the departing Saturday (to allow time for preparing for the next guests).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>7<\/strong>. <strong>No extra guest <\/strong>are allowed to sleep over night or to use the facilities on the premises.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> It is strictly forbidden <\/strong>to smoke in the gites.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>9<\/strong>. <strong>Only the tribunal of Bordeaux <\/strong>will be competent in the case of litigation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>10<\/strong>. <strong>For a location of 2 successive weeks <\/strong>in the same gite, a <strong>15 % discount <\/strong>on the second week will be given<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>11<\/strong>. <strong>You use the private pool at your own risk. <\/strong>Children should be supervised at all times<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>12<\/strong>.
