 Blend : 100% Merlot

A bright and steady colour, it  will charm you by its « bouquet » which intermarries red fruit with a light acidulous taste of english lolly..

On the palate : it goes down smoothly, is round and well balanced.

To consume with white meat or fish,  goes very well with a spicy Indian  (curry) , or Malaysian  cooking or a nasi goreng . You can enjoy this wine with fried rice, pizzas, barbecues, couscous or paella, and we like drinking our clairet with a simple ham and butter sandwich.
