With a bright ruby colour, a certain suppleness, a discreet
‘bouquet of red fruit aromes and spicy touches, it is round and presents soft tanins which give a well balanced palate’

Our red wine goes well with meals  based on red or gamed meats and cheeses.  A good  attack combined with felted tannins allows it to be enjoyed with vegeterian or pasta dishes. You can even enjoy it  with a hamburger without tomato ketchup…

Allow it to breath ! It can be kept up to 5 days once its opened
